Refund policy

All products sold on EPDFCentral are instant-download digital PDF guides. Because files are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds simply due to change of mind.

 

However, your satisfaction matters to us. We will issue a full refund if:

• Your file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download after multiple attempts
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You did not receive a working download link within 24 hours of purchase

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@epdfcentral.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
